Team Building Workshop:

Team building is viewed as a way to bring together a diverse group of individuals to work towards a common goal, fostering motivation, productivity, and innovation. Team building and unity are combined through collaborative activities, communication, and respect.

Team-building activities like ‘Trust Fall’ and ‘Shark Tank’ are conducted to build trust and business intelligence among the team members. The concept of team solving is discussed, emphasising the importance of clear goals, expectations, and a culture of respect and collaboration. Approaches to find problems in a business and solutions within a department are discussed, with a focus on systematic observation, analysis, conducting interviews, defining goals, brainstorming, and implementing solutions. Brainstorming techniques are shared, encouraging an open mind and diverse perspectives to generate creative ideas. The workshop concludes with the ‘What I need from you’ activity, improving transparency and group communication among employees.
