“If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.” – Gail Sheehy
Do you believe in supernatural power? Is it possible for the impossible to occur? Is what we read in the Bible about men doing unbelievable miracles a fiction story?
I think you already know the answers to these questions. We are surrounded by the answers, my friends. From a very young age, we are taught about fairytales and happy endings. It is drummed into our heads before we go to sleep and it is meditated on at school. All of these passed down stories through history, carried through time. Why?
The Bible is one of the oldest forms of literature which has been passed through each generation. It’s a book about life from the beginning of time, to when the Son of Man came and then everything thereafter, including what the future holds. It’s a book that’s been translated into almost every single language in the world. It’s stories are known throughout most households. Yet, when I look at so many around me, they choose not to believe it, because to them that’s all they are – stories.
I tell you today, you have two choices – feel privileged to know that you can have faith in a power that can move mountains in your life as well as transform anything bad to good; or choose to believe that your existence is completely by accident and your purpose on this earth is unknown. It really makes me so ecstatic to know what’s on offer when we believe. Since I gave my life to the Lord, miracles have happened which I never thought possible. It’s only once you begin to have full faith in your Heavenly Father and you feel willing and able to entrust your life to Him, that you start to see the power in the supernatural around you.
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
– Ephesians 6:18 NIV
Choose life, faith, hope and prosperity. Choose victory over chaos. Have faith in the known instead of the unknown. You owe it to yourself to live your best life. Trust God and trust what you read in the Bible – what have you got to lose?
